Q: Do I need a wedding coordinator? Are you the right coordinator for me? 

A: Your wedding is one of the MOST IMPORTANT DAYS OF YOUR LIFE and there's only one shot to get it right. 20 years from now, YOU will be the one telling the stories of your big day to your kids and I want to make sure they're stories of Love, laughter, and fun. Not Stress and disappointment! 

Wedding Coordinators are not for everyone and I might not even be the right coordinator for you. But I am the coordinator for you if you need a professional in your corner to answer all your questions along the way. I am the coordinator for you if the thought of vetting and securing up to 15 vendors for your wedding day stresses you out. I am the coordinator for you if you want your family to be able to enjoy your wedding day instead of running around handling the logistics. I love LOVE STORIES and as your coordinator,  I want to make sure your wedding day is everything you dreamed it would be! 

          

Q: What is the difference between you and a venue coordinator?

A: I have been a venue coordinator before and the responsibilities then vs. now are completely different. Basically, a venue coordinator is responsible for overseeing the set-up, in-house catering, and logistics as it relates directly to the venue. As your wedding coordinator, I will coordinate and manage ALL logistics involved with ALL vendors that are part of your big day.  A wedding planner will make your life easier but will also streamline communication to all of your vendors (including the venue coordinator!) so that everything runs seamlessly as we get you hitched happily and flawlessly! 

Q: Do you offer day-of coordination?

A: I refer to this package as 'Event Management' because it's more than help for just 1 day or 1 month before the wedding. This planning process starts as soon as I am hired and I am a resource to you all the way until wedding day! 

Q:  Where are you located? 

A: I am located in the southwest corner of Utah in St. George. I am about 1.5 hours from Vegas and 1 hour from Zion National Park. Basically the perfect and most beautiful place on the planet for a wedding. 

Q: Do you work with clients who don't live in the area? 

A: ABSOLUTELY! 99% of the brides that I work with come to southern Utah for Zion destination weddings + elopements and I love being able to make their lives easier by providing my preferred vendor list as part of my services or providing full vendor management! 

Q: Where does your pricing start? 

A: Prices vary based on a number of factors including date, time of year, number of guests, location, and the services I am providing. As a reference point, base pricing starts at $1600. Contact me directly and we can put together a package that fits your needs! 

Q: What your #1 piece of advice for newly engaged couples? 

A:  Your wedding should be a unique celebration of your love for each other. It should be as big/small/adventurous/out-there/non-traditional/unique/fun as you want it to be. The only rule you have to follow is the whole marriage license thing and don't let anyone tell you otherwise.
